I’m trying something new you guys! Today on the blog it’s Baked Spinach Provolone Chicken Breasts! This meal comes together so easy and cooks in about 30 minutes making it perfect for a busy night after work. Are you drooling yet?!

Very yummy! We added sautéed mushrooms to the spinach cheese stuffing. Also seasoned the chicken with garlic and onion powders, paprika, Italian season, and salt n pepper.I really enjoyed this! Definitely added my own seasoning to give it more flavor and served it with sweet potato fries on the side, I was full with one but boyfriend went back for another!

Best dinner I have ever made and I'm not much of a cooker! This recipe is very easy, straight forward and delicious! Doesn't take long either!

  • 2 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts butterflied
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 5oz container of fresh Baby Spinach
  • 4 clove minced Garlic
  • Dash of Paprika
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In large frying pan add Olive Oil and Garlic, sauté over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
