Blueberry Ice Cream Bread

Blueberry Ice Cream Bread is a delicious and easy sweet bread recipe made with just six ingredients and ready in less than an hour!
  • 2 cups (1 pint) vanilla bean ice cream, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups SELF-RISING Flour
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecan chips
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan and set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened ice cream and self-rising flour until well combined. 
  3. Fold in 3/4 cup of blueberries and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
